High step‐up quasi‐Z‐source converter with full soft switching range, continuous input current and low auxiliary elements

This paper presents a fully soft switched high step-up DC–DC converter based on quasi-Z-source converter. The voltage gain is boosted by combining coupled inductors and capacitor techniques. Moreover, ZVT cell comprising of only single switch an inductor to the utilized reduce magnetic cores realize switching for all semiconductors without imposing any extra or current stress elements. main operates at zero (ZCS) turn-on which independent load duty cycle variations. Hence, condition turn-off easily provided snubber capacitor. In addition, reverse recovery problem diodes significantly mitigated ZCS while continuous input source maintained. order verify theoretical analysis proposed operation, prototype implemented 300 W 100 kHz. Finally, comprehensive comparison performed between other converters structure, demonstrate merits
